The hinges themselves are welded to the door and body. Normally the hinge pin and bushings are the parts that wear out and are easily replaced. The bushings, pin, and retainer run $8.00 from the dealer (each hinge) and you will need a door spring compressing tool to get the spring in and out. Got mine from handsontools.com ($16.00) part no.SGT87690. Repair one hinge at a time, wrap a couple of layers of duct tape around the leading edge of the door and the trailing edge of the fender to protect the paint. Remove the spring, remove the pin retainer, use a hammer and drift to knock out the pin, replace the bushings, pin and retainer. Its a 30 minute job. Keep everything well lubed or you will end up replacing these annually.

Good luck,
