Can anyone tell me if the 1996 lumina's have a fuse box on the inside of the car? Is there a fuse for constant power to the radio that's the same as the diagnostic port? And if there is, where is it located?

I dunno about the radio-ODB port fuse, but the panel is on the side of the dashboard on the passenger side, if the door is open.
