will blown shocks ruin lowering springs?Patrix 08-11-2004, 10:19 AM My 94 Integra RS has set of Eibach lowering springs that have been on the car for at least 2.5 years. I can feel every little bumb in the road so I'm pretty sure the stock shocks are blown. Will driving it with blown shocks for so long have any effects on my Eibach springs? I'm going to replace the shocks with some KYBs and I want to know if the springs will still be good. CivicSiRacer 08-11-2004, 09:44 PM It would take a very long long time. Guessing over 100,000 miles like that. Patrix 08-11-2004, 10:30 PM Sweet. I'm in the clear Thanks bud CivicSiRacer 08-12-2004, 07:41 PM But it is not safe to drive a car with blown shocks anyway. The tire will loose contact with the ground with the blown shocks. Patrix 08-12-2004, 10:22 PM But it is not safe to drive a car with blown shocks anyway.
