100 bucks for a motor

I was at the junkyard yesterday, looking to see how many Metros were up there. I found about 8 Metros, Sprints and Fireflys in various states of disassembly. About half of them still had motors. Auto and manual tranny's were split pretty much evenly among the cars. I saw 3 or 4 Swifts, including one 16 valve SOHC swift motor. I looked at one 91 Firefly in particular, it's a blue 4 door automatic. I had a heck of a time trying to get the hood open, I wound up having to unbolt the latch then lift the hood to pop it. This Firefly still had a battery and keys in it, so I went to start it. No go, battery was run down. I grabbed a booster pack and went at it again. It started this time, but I didn't want to let it run too long, no belt around the alternator or water pump. It runs rough as hell, I assume partly because the O2 sensor is missing. I ran it for about a minute, then did a compression test. It must have been running badly for a while, the plugs are filthy. Compression is ok on the block, 160, 147, 160. It's in better shape than mine, according to the compression test. I've got a spare O2 sensor, maybe if I hooked it up to the Firefly it would run smoother perhaps? This motor has the older vacuum/mechanical advance distributor, If I bought this motor, could I swap my electronic disty into it? All I would really need off this motor is the block and head, I could probably reuse everything else off my current motor. When I get more cash, and if the Firefly hasn't been picked clean by then, I'm gonna go back up and get the rear wiper assembly, a window handle and maybe a couple rims. I might get the motor too.
