does anyone no how to remove the stock speedo and tach needles on a '95 concorde. im a little hesistant to pull them becasue they are very tight. if someone knows how to do this properly, please let me know!

I had to do the same thing when installing a white face overlay for display. Basically, just give them a good pull with some needlenose pliers or your hands.

Word of caution:
When you put the needles back on. You will most probably be off on the readings. Best thing to do :
for the gas guage: Fill up your tank, then plug the cluster back in without the housing and start up the car. Put the needle back in pointing on full, and make sure your tach and speedo are correct.
