Okay i was on tirerack.com today and was looking at some wheels that are the stock size so i can use the same rubber. My cars stock size wheel is 15x7, but they had 15x16.5 saying those would work. Whould these actually work?

Depends on the tire size.

Each size has a range of widths that work, but you can't use something outside that range.

The stock tire size will fit anything from 6-7.5" wide so any of those will fit.
