Well yeah this is my first car and ive noticed its hard to find performance parts for an 86. It seems like from 88 on you can find stuff. COuld someone please direct me to some sites to find anything for this model. head/tail lights, bodykits, intakes, SOMETHING!! please your help would be VERY much appreciated(sp?).

lol, whats wrong with it? why only $250? I got a good deal on my car when I paid $1800 for an '87 325es.

You shouldn't have a problem finding parts. It is my understanding that most e30 parts will work. As far as performance, just make sure you get the parts that match your engine. You didn't state whether you have a 325i, 325e, etc. You probably have the standard 2.5L 6cyl. and there are plenty of performance parts to go around for that engine.

You should be able to find intake parts at your local auto store. For headlights try your local auto parts store or even ebay. Body kits will cost you about 3 times what you paid for the car but you can get those on ebay or at bavauto.com

im new to BMW also. i only know ricers. what would be a good starter performance part to buy??
