does those model trim got AC, power windows, a tacometer, and a CD player?

because I don't know what honda was thinking only offering the low CX adn DX trim on their best racing suit civic.

Ummm... it's not a "racing" trim civic, you can make it one but it's not at the stock level. The bonus of both of those is that they are light weight so with an engine swap or turbo; they can be fast. And no tach, no pw, and no cd player stock. The cd player may have been an option and the AC definently is.
