My 91 dodge 150 ram is very hard to start when i engage the ignition all it dose is click if i keep doing this it will sometime start i have been told that the starter is bad (the battery has a full charge) should i replace the starter ? any suggestions ?

Check all your primary wire connections, first. Bench test the starter before you replace it.
