Hey i have a 99 z24 auto and id really like to have a 5 speed. I konw that most people would suggest buying a new car but id rather not do that. Ive been driving my brothers 91 sunbird 5 speed and now i just gotta have a stick. So gimme some suggestions and maybe where i could find some guidelines on how to do this? Thanks.

find a junk yard that is good find a 5 speed off a cav or a sunfire and buy it and have it installed... then have all your programs fixed. which a mechanic can do. or order all the parts from a chevy dealer and have it done. that would be my suggestion and well it isnt going to be cheap so for 6-8k you can buy a newer cav 5 speed probably with lower miles at a dealer
