Thank You Mike boschmann 08-05-2004, 06:26 PM Front or rear? Front's are pretty simple, rears require a special tool to retract the caliper piston. I'd advise you at least have the rotors machined if not replaced. catfishunter 08-05-2004, 08:37 PM Thank's boschmann;looks like i'm going to have a learning experiance this weekend. catfishunter 08-06-2004, 01:08 PM Boschmann i've got another question;the special tool i need for the back brakes;do you think i could rent it someware and do you have any idea how much to buy it? Mike Rammstein 08-31-2004, 05:36 PM I've put Brembo disks with Pagid pads on my TDI and it breaks wonderfully. Cost me 450 CAD total. Not bad for brand names. :iceslolan Related Links Enter the largest automotive community on the planet! |
