Is there any value in using the "high Mileage" oil. I just hit 110,000K and was wondering if the "high Mileage" oil is for real or a bunch of BS?? Any comments are appreciated!!!

Personally I think high milage oil is a bunch of BS.. I have 274k miles on my JGC 96. It has had Castrol 10W40 since damn near birth. Also I use Prolong oil addative in my oil changes and swear by it. I have personal proof why it works. I just recently rebuilt the motor. I fiugured it was due after 273k miles. After break in I went right back to Castrol 10W40. That is my oil of choice and I will stick to what works for me. Hope this helps!
