Well Last Night I Wen To Pep Boys And I Bought Some Accell Extreme 9000 Wires, Ac Delc Rapid Fire Spark Plugs, Accell Cap N Rotor, And Hawk Disc Breaks, Well I Forgot To Buy A Fuel Filter That's What I'll Be Doing At Lunch, Well Anyways How Hard Would It Be To Install These Items, And I Should Feel A Difference Once I Install Them Right? I Know It's Not Going To Give Me Extra Hp, But It Should Run Better Right? 4onFloor 07-28-2004, 07:14 PM ur engine will probly run better, maybe a little better gas milage too DaMoNe6969 07-28-2004, 07:59 PM All very simple things to install.. Providing you arent completly mechanically challanged.. You will only notice a difference if the parts on your car now are wore out, or arent working correctly.. Fuel filter will usually make the biggest difference.. They can really make a car run like shit... DaMoNe6969 07-28-2004, 08:00 PM make sure you use die-electric grease when installing your plug wires so they dont leak SMOKEY818 07-28-2004, 08:26 PM What The Hell Is Die-electric Grease? DaMoNe6969 07-28-2004, 08:32 PM its also called Spark plug boot grease.. Its just a special lubricant that doesnt conduct electricty.. It stops wires from "leaking" or arching.. and makes it easier to take your wires off in the future.. SMOKEY818 07-28-2004, 08:39 PM Thanks Alot I'll Go Buy Some On The Way Home, Well I'll Let You Guys Tommorow Once I've Installed Everything, Hopefully It Won't Be To Hard, grease monkey girl 07-28-2004, 09:00 PM It's so easy, I did all of that stuff by myself (with the exception of the breaks) and I'm a GIRL! KaotiKCamaro5 07-28-2004, 09:25 PM most of the time plug wires come pre-greased.. atleast in my experiences they have.. Related Links Enter the largest automotive community on the planet! |
