Sunroof wind noisedickertl 07-28-2004, 01:20 PM Greetings everyone. My 1991 Rodeo's manual sunroof appears (from the outside) to sit up higher than the back, thus catching wind and creating serious wind noise inside. I've replaced the rubber seal in the opening, but the glass still does not adequately touch the rubber seal in the front. From the outside, I can push the front of the sunroof down - it appears to flex as if spring loaded. I see no possible visible adjustments on the exterior - from the outside at least. Is there an adjustment between the interior headliner and the roof? If so, is it easily accessible? You guys always offer great advice. I would appreciate any advice in helping me adjust my sunroof to eliminate this wind noise problem. Regards, L. H. Crystal3477 07-28-2004, 03:10 PM I was experiencing the same thing with my 96 rodeo, and I had to completely take out the glass and tighten and replace screws, I also found that it was not seated properly in its housing thus creating all my wind noise.
