Hey everyone,
I hope someone can answer my question/problem:
My blower doesn't work on speeds 1-3, but works on 4. Here's what happened, one time I got in, it was blazing hot so I turned the air conditioner on and put the fan right to high. It then went dead, and decided to come back on in about 15 mins. Last week, I shut the van off to go into a store, but forgot to turn the air off and the blower was on either 2 or 3. Well, it hasn't worked since. I replaced the fuse, no dice. Looked under the hood, tapped the fan, still nothing. Actually, I'm not even sure where the blower is! Thanks in advance!

The brushes are shot. Motors at Auto Zone run about 15 to 30. I believe mine is on the firewall pass side. 3 to sis screws.

I had the same problem on my ram van 2500. I replace the blower resistor, a dealer only item for $20. Mine was under the hood, left side, mounted in the heater duct work. You'll see two screws and two wires. What a sucky design by Dodge.
