anyone know what these rims are or who makes them.

The ones in the pic look like Blitz's Technospeed Z2.

doesnt look like the one in your picture.
the one in mine is thinner at the middle of the rim.

It's a Technospeed, the difference is that the one on the pic has no lip and the one on the car has a 2 inch lip. The middle is the same size, they just look different because of the angle.
