Help for my 2000 Avalon.
For the past few months the radio/6 CD Changer is giving me problems.
For the most part it has no power and dosn't work. Sometimes after I'm driving for a while the power kicks in, I heard the changer clicking, then the radio and changer works fine until I turn the car off.
More recently it has not worked at all.

Has anyone had this problem? Any ideas on what it could be? My local dealer will look at it for $85 per hr and gave me no assurance that it would be easy to figure out.

I did have some other seemingly electrical issues where dash lights for the Traction Control and service would come on for a few days the go out for a few days. I recenly had the battery changed and the dash lights are noe off but the radio still is not working.

Check your fuses...also you may want to remove the radio and see if all of the connections are clicked into place correctly.
