Hey. If you haven't noticed, I haven't been around much lately. Been working hard trying to finish my project, and our internet is cut off at work now (weak). Just wanted to post an update on the GT convertible :)

Hey! I'm always nice, unless they're english is so wacked, I can't understand them. Plus I don't think the flux capacitor joke works on a guy with the name DMC12, :evillol: .
Well, the 1.0's 0-60 is around 10-13 seconds. And the 1/4 mile times are in the high 19's to 20's. The G13B DOHC motor is muuch more powerful. 1.3L 4 cylinder, Uses 10:1 pistons stock, 16 valves, pentroof hemispherical head, multi port fuel injection, and a tuned rail intake manifold. Stock 0-60 on the DOHC is around 7.8-8.3. Stock 1/4 mile times are in the mid to low 16's. The mods to my engine are...

Ported intake manifold
54mm throttle body (stock is 45mm i believe)
ported and polished head
decked .020 off the bottom of the engine head for higher compression
+8deg ignition timing
4:39:1 differential from convertible transmission
NGK plug wires
MSD Blaster SS ignition coil
Koni 1.5" drop red springs (35% more stiff)
15" ROH lightweight rims with 195/50R15 tires
heavy duty Daikin clutch
completely re-built motor
Calmini 4-2-1 headers
2.25" exhaust (no muffler bought yet) :uhoh:
port matched head and headers
port matched intake manifold to engine head
port matched TB to intake manifold

I'll be posting the "how to" in the website in a few weeks. I'll let ya know when it's all done :)

Hey everyone. I got her done! She's up and running, and on the road. Still breaking the engine in, but even below 3000rpm's, the modded 1.3 pulls REALLY hard. I have most of the interior back in, and I buffed out the paint so it looks excellent again. I'll take some pictures tonight, and post them.
