Low Fuel Warning Light/Dingchazone 07-18-2004, 08:48 PM The low fuel warning light on my 97 Plymouth Voyager comes on and sounds a warning ding intermittently when the gas tank is full and then stops when the tank reaches less than 3/4 full. Has anyone else experienced this and figured out how to fix it? RickHarrisMaine 07-19-2004, 10:32 AM Chalzone, my 97 Voyager does the same thing. I believe it is the result of a faulty relay. In the manual, there is a list of relays, and the one I think this is involved with is one that is only accessible by a dealer. I plan on getting this fixed fairly soon, because it is very annoying. m_motorsports 09-10-2004, 07:41 PM My '97 Voyager does this too - same exact symptoms... Low fuel light and chime dings when the tank is between 3/4 and full. This happens more when turning right - fuel gauge also starts to drop for an instant when the chime dings and sometimes the gauge reads 0 when tank is full. Shutting down the engine and re-starting usually resets the gauge. Since this seems to be a common problem CAN ANYONE HELP US??? Has anyone else experienced this and figured out how to fix it? We tried Marvel Mistery oil in the tank - no luck.. Had a dealer check the body control computor and re-calibrate the fuel gauge - still no luck. The same symptoms still exist... Lots of threads regarding this on the forum so this seems to be a common problem. Someone, ANYONE Please give us the solution to this constant dinging.
