golf pulleys,what are they???

i have an oil leack from one of the pulley seals,its not the power steering pump or the waterpump and i presume the crannkshaft is the pulley at the bottom? and its just above that one,its driven off the cam belt,is it the oil pump or something?please help me :)

The one driven off the timing belt that is just above the crack is the intermediate shaft, it drives the distributor & oil pump. There is an o-ring that goes around the seal housing in addition to the seal itself.
