I just swapped a 3.0 motor out of a Lebaron, into my Daytona. The engine runs and all, but I cant get the tach ( RPM) to work. Does anyone know which sensor it is and its location ??? Any help would be greatly appreciated !! :banghead:

Must be one of the auxiliary wires that goes to the coil.

the wire may be missing in the harness that came out of the other car. check, or use original harness from 3.0 datona. Some LeB's use tach from ECM.

I know this is old, but for the tach hookup, its one of the wires connected to the coil, not sure which one anymore. I'll let you know when I'm sure, but I know it is one of them... I have a 4" Mac Tools Tach hooked to my tona considering the stock one no longer works. Can't wait to put the manual tranny in and make that shift light have a purpose :-D.
