You may have the closed cooling system on your jeep. If so, you will need to change out the overflow tank cap. This cooling system is closed and the cap is a very important part of the system. Also did you change your thermostat with a aftermarket unit (Napa, Pepboys, Kragens) or a Dealer unit. The correct thermostat is a unit with a small hole in the unit. It is to be installed up. If you used another it will cause cooling problems.
