i'm having trouble with my 96 jeep when i try to start it all it does it making a buzzing noise in the enginee compartment but i do have power to my radio and waht not anyone got any ideas

HI, TAKE THE BATTERY CABLES OFF, CLEAN TERMINALS ON BATTERY & CABLES REAL CLEAN. CHECK WHERE GROUND IS CONNECTED TO ENGINE,REMOVE AND CLEAN IT ALSO. IF NOT RESULTS REPLACE BOTH CABLES, CABLES MAY HAVE CORROSION INSIDE THEM CAUSE VOLTAGE LOSS. DALE jeepman600@aol.com
