Jeep is 'catching' between 30 and 35 mph!

How do I fix it? When I am accelerating the jeep seems to snag in between 30 and 35. Help! Thanks. Val

^^ I also have this problem, but only seems to do it when barely into the throttle. I thought I had water in the distributor, but I changed plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor and it felt even worse.......nobody I talk to has a clue what it is...
