Jeep_Rubicon 07-16-2004, 12:42 PM those r great drawings, keep us posted HighOctaneNOSUser 07-16-2004, 12:44 PM Looks cool from what I can see... Ra_15 07-16-2004, 12:55 PM Looking great! Nice to see another drawing from you. castback 07-16-2004, 01:51 PM thats cool man. good job. how big is this poster gonna be? SeCrEtMoDdEr 07-16-2004, 02:03 PM i think it's like 51 by 38 or something...cm. not really poster size, just a poster layout. you 07-16-2004, 02:04 PM wowzerz SeCrEtMoDdEr 07-16-2004, 03:29 PM alright, got an update... done the background, and some of the foreground. i hope i finish most of it by the end of today...my bro might enter his car into darknights with his car club and i'd like to show it off at darknights... here is what i got. http://img2.exs.cx/img2/273/lukesteg.jpg HighOctaneNOSUser 07-16-2004, 03:56 PM Well, post some more progress when you finish it, or in the process of. I am not sure if that made nay sence, so I ma going to shut up now... Ra_15 07-16-2004, 03:57 PM Wow, the trees look really detailed! Looking good so far :). SeCrEtMoDdEr 07-16-2004, 04:46 PM im hesitant to do the body...the reason is because it is a black car...and when you make pure dark marks with your pecil, it become reflective...and i dont think it would look that great if the whole car ends up shining... anyone have suggestions...i was thinking about getting a dull coat, but im not sure if it works well on pencil, so if anyone has used it, let me know. UncleMcgee 07-16-2004, 09:04 PM ebony gets dark marks with out being too shiny, charcoal too but then you have mixed media and it might be wierd and its messy ....looks amazing so far HighOctaneNOSUser 07-16-2004, 10:21 PM How about layering it. Asaenz does it and I don't think it is too reflective... SeCrEtMoDdEr 07-16-2004, 10:27 PM no, it still does, unfortunately. aseanz has a scanner. i think. ill try out the dull coat once i get it, once i finish, see if that works... i'm guna do the backgrounds more often, they're fun and dont take that much time. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
