Ac/heater

Crazy Problem, when ac or heater is on, all works fine in N and Park, in drive with a load on, as in climing a hill, the ac fan stopes and slowly concerts to warm air.

Under power break, the compressor is still working, take your foot of the gas and the ac function great.

Under the dash, to the right of the glove box is a black box, with a door that opens and closes, under no load the door swings open and ac works fine, under load the door closes and fan slows way down and changes to warm air.??????

2) The alarm bell the rings when you leave your key's in, and or, lights on or door open. This bell will ring non stop while driving if it is raining out, any ideas.

If this is an earlier Town Car most of those HVAC controls are still vacuum operated, including the WOT (wide open throttle) controls.
In WOT mode several things happen, one being AC compressor shut down. If WOT sensors are not adjusted correctly, or in earlier models disconnected or leaking vacuum lines the problem you describe would be occuring.
I would begin by checking all vacuum lines, and any major vacuum consumption sources such as the brake booster can. If the diaphram in the booster can leaks, vacuum is lost and all other vacuum controlled devices go nuts.

If this a later TC, I would still suspect the WOT sensor but now it's electronically controlled. It could be bad, loose, or the control module defective.

The "door" you mentioned is better referred to as "the blend door" which does exactly that, blend hot/cold air to meet your requirement.

As for your posessed warning chime..
It'd be nice to know the model year we're talking about here, different years offer different warnings.
