I'm thinking about getting one of these sedans.
Are they made by Toyota? I heard these house the same EXACT motor as the Toyota Echo. Is this true? If so, I may get one considering they're under 13k with plenty of options. I have been looking at the standard cab Tacoma's, but for 15k and no space, I may get a Scion.

Anyone own one or test drove one?

ok i went to look at the Xa i didnt drive it.. but there is barely any space in the trunk.. i mean its not even a trunk unless you put down the two back seats. its enough for maybe 2 grocery bags.. other than that its not practical at all.. the seating is ok.. well just think of it as another echo.. thats it

I have two Scion xAs. One in charcoal grey and the other is white. I am currently adding a lot of mads to the white one. I found out that the Hybrid only gets 30mpg in the city so you have to do a lot of non-stop highway driving to the 60mpg in the Prius. I am getting about 35 to 40mpg in my xA and my wife gets between 38 and 45mpg in hers.
