axels replaced anti-lock brakes activating

On my 1999 grand cherokee I had both front axels replaced and now my anti-lock brakes are activating for no reason at any speed and without warning! Is there a tork spec. for replacing axels it seemed easy as removing and replacing? everything looks OK.
