Mshkttck 07-10-2004, 07:45 AM Nice contrast. Usually I make a rough draft for the proportions first, but it seems like you do it all at once! Wow. you 07-10-2004, 01:35 PM Are you going to do the whole car? i kinda like it unfinished looking... Ra_15 07-10-2004, 02:25 PM Mshkttck: The colors are right, its because its a very dark green. You: NO! Im not going to start drawing just part of cars, I did it with the Audi, and that was enough.... Thanks, Ross. liscence plate isn't straight, it looks kinds slightly deformed. :) and the front wheel looks off a bit, it doesn't look realistic, i think the elipses are off a bit. looks cool though, everything else looks crab snapping on. nice Ra_15 07-12-2004, 03:09 PM OK, thanks for the advise. Here's the ref pic. I had to remove the driver btw. http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/503/118193Morgan2.jpg GTmike400 07-12-2004, 03:30 PM Is that the drivers belt keeping the hood shut because its a piece of crap that doesnt fit? Ra_15 07-12-2004, 04:16 PM Loads of classic cars have those, its because those types of hood's don't have any type of catch. Not because its crap. To give you an idea of how well they're built, if you wanted a new one, it would be 100% handbuilt and there would be around a 5-10 year waiting list. Plus it just adds to the car's charachter. They're not slow either: Engine: Configuration 4.0, V8 16 valve Valve Central camshaft with hydraulic tappets Bore & Stroke, mm 94 x 71.12 Engine capacity 3946 Max. output EEC, kw/hp/rpm 140/190/4800 Max. torque EEC, Nm/rpm 305/3500 Max. torque EEC, lb ft/rpm 225/3500 Power to weight ratio, hp/tonne 202 Torque to weight ratio, lb ft/tonne 239 Octane rating min 95 Ron They cost about £35,000, or about $70,000 GTmike400 07-12-2004, 04:33 PM Ross, I know. I was just being a smartass. Ra_15 07-12-2004, 04:37 PM Now you tell me.... HighOctaneNOSUser 07-12-2004, 04:52 PM Lol, mike has a tendancy of joking like that...Don't worry... vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
