Hello everyone,
Just bought a 1974 El Camino Classic. I am building a 383 stroker motor and plan to install it in the next two weeks (or so)
Has anyone done this swap? Any unanticipated problems??

The car has a factory 350+350 trans.

Should be an easy swap. Just make sure you use a balancer and flexplate from a 400. Good Luck :).

Never worked on an El Camino but most older chevys its just a simple swap.
