I have successfully swapped the new JDM H22A into my 98 Prelude SH. it has been a long and stressful project that took place in the parking lot at my apartment complex. I turned the key today and after a few burps and hiccups it started and idled. It ran pretty damn good considering i only had half the vacuum hoses hooked up and gas that is a year and a half old in the tank!!!!

I also mated it to a H23 tranny. bolted right up and shifts smoother too. I will post pics as soon as i get it running smooth and get the cv axles hooked up correctly. :bananasmi :ylsuper:

good job sounds tight. make sure to get some fuel injector cleaner or somethign bc that old fuel mighyt mess up somethign

im gonna throw a couple bottles of octane booster in there to clean it up a bit. and i'll take it easy till i empty the tank and fill up again. then i can open her up and see what she's got! :naughty:
