I am however selling my car because i got a del sol. NerveAgent 06-30-2004, 12:19 AM i gots one. gotta get the fender and hood painted. BTW don't mod it.. Its not worth it. Save and get a engine swap. I dont want to go into details about why not to mod an hx.. but just don't. just search. Civic_D16Y5 06-30-2004, 12:48 AM oo yes, i meant to say a b18c1 like i said, im braindead right now and cant think of my future engine but all i have is a sound system, 2 12 inch subs, tail lights, fog lights, and a short shifter mattyoung33 06-30-2004, 08:30 AM http://www.cardomain.com/id/mattyoung33 Yeah i have an HX....only a couple dark pics of my car but oh well you get the idea. Also pics of my car and my dads 2 cars(300zx, miata). Look below to see all the things i have done to my car. A word of advice is you arent going to make a fast HX with an HX engine unless you turbo it... and even then it will just be able to beat Si's. If you want it to be fast, swap the motor out with something else. Antoher word of advice is HX's have all that shitty looking black plastic trim on the car.... get it painted like i did... looks a alot better. good luck with your car. Civic_D16Y5 06-30-2004, 12:37 PM dont all civics have that "shitty looking black plastic trim" ? ive seen a lot of sites saying how to remove it and bondo it kicker1_solo 06-30-2004, 09:59 PM how to remove it and bondo it well if that's what you've read, stay away from those sites :eek7: That's like chopping your leg off with a saw and putting a bandaid on it. Civic_D16Y5 06-30-2004, 11:14 PM the side molds right? its like shaving it, i wouldnt remove my sides molds but still i thought something said to bondo it i didnt mean the body kit stuff sinister2002 07-01-2004, 11:28 AM i asked that question so i can get advice to get a better launch i have tons of things done already, tsunami t2000 front bumper painted mirrors moldings and sideskirts black housing headlights w/city lights mugen style carbon fiber hood w/pins r1 carbon drag wing 17" nippon racing wheels w/fusion ZR1 tires Tockico struts maxspeed coilovers(cars sittin' just over the wheels) Driver fx racing seats w/weapon r harnesses autometer guage cluster with reverse indiglo's aem cold air intake flowtech header custom fit axpex'i N1 cat back aem power pullies mugen radiator cap spoon sports master cylinder covers civic type r oil cap comptech sway bar tie bar combo front strut tower bar like i said i was just wondering if any one could give me advice on getting a better launch that all i need (its a cvt) and even though it's an automatic it's quicker than you all probally think, i found out the other night when i spanked this 97 altima 5 speed with a cold air my car blows flames, what other Hx does that, and by the way if you put a turbo on a lean burn motor your screwed! KINGTJONES 07-02-2004, 02:45 AM i'new to this forum, but i have a hx and i'm having the hardest time trying to find a header and cat back exhaust for my hx. right now this is my setup. kiminari body kit 17" motegi rims kamikaze 4 to 1 header custom straight pipe exhaust (loud as hell) injen cool air intake tenzo front tower strut bar eibach coilovers right now i'm looking at a pilot cat back exhaust made by onsoku tuning coponents in japan. do yall know of a cat back and header that will fit a hx directly with having to modify the part to make it fit. pinakbert 10-07-2004, 11:53 PM I Got a 98 HX w/ the CVT.
