I just bought a used 1997 Ford Probe Base from a guy that lives around my town. He's an honest guy but he bought it from someone else. The car runs great and is in pretty good condition. I noticed today that the check engine light is on and I am starting to think that it is doing that due to some sensors maybe? I hear people call them Oxygen Sensors? I don't know jack about cars but maybe I should just drive it for a while and see what happens. If everything is cool then it must be the sensors. What do you all think?

Your best bet would be to go to Autozone and have them pull the code for you. They do not charge anything to do this. If it is your o2 sensors then the CEL isn't going to go away.
