Does anybody know if this is normal 97 Avalon fuel consumption:
15 mpg in city / 25 mpg on highway?
It has 90000 miles behind.

Your your about right... 15mpg - for a Half a tank i get about 150Miles... before when i had the Tornado - This think i saw on TV - i bought it for $70 and you put it in the Intake and it produce a better wind twirl. Then i got 250 miles on a half tank - but then i wasnt sure if it worked so i took it out and accidently bented the metal on the Tornado and tried putting it back it and doesnt work ne more....

but yea... i say average is about 15mpg.....

By the way, the Tornado is a piece of garbage. Anything that restricts airflow is worthless.
