I live in the east coast, near the washington DC area. And i got a 240. I wanna know if there any place to drift legally, like a race track around the DC area? thx.

same here, I am in Northern VA, you? as far as drift tracks, good luck finding one. I'm sure there are some around in Maryland, some auto-cross tracks also.

well i just like to go to the mall parking lot at like 3 a.m., i know u guys said "legally" but hey you have to work with what u got.

I wonder about drifting in an autoX course... they might kick you out. Just do it in a parking lot.

the members of the A&M autoclub use it for that and auto-x stuff

you think you got it bad, try to find a nice drifting track in Canada. the only upside to this country is that in the winter most of the driving i do in my vehicle should be classified as drifting, since i spend a lot of time sideways.

i live in the panhandle of florida and we dont have anyplace to legally drift and the closest 1/4 mile track is like 4 or 5 hours awayin alabama the mall idea is good but ive seen cops come after kids doing doughnuts in mall parking lots before late at night so i dont want to deal w/ that. ive have gone to parking lots of factory's before since factoy's are normally away from main roads

ya the shopping mall parking lots isnt a very good idea since there are such things as cops. i guess your stuck like the rest of the drift fanatics. ;).

we have a big famous racetrack nearby (well the only big racetrack in austria anyways, and anything in austria is nearby :biggrin: ) I wonder if they allow drifting, though I need to get a s13 before
