Which front strut bar will be good for a 350 hp car? I see some models on dsm tuners........there are other models?

What can you tell me about stillen strut bar?

Well, it depends on what youd be using the car for, if its strictly for the strip, then you really dont need one IMO. If its for rally then youll need one. They are lots of different companys, but there are some higher dollar ones, dont buy from ebay. Order from the company so you know what your getting. If youve got the money go with the Titanium , powdercoated bars if possible...there almost as strong as you can get them.

I can't buy ion ebay cause I live outside the US(so i don't know a lot about the quality of american products), on RoadRaceEingeneering i see Greddy strut bar.......is a good one?

find the cheapest strut bar u could find... that should do the job for u.. it does not have to be a very good brand... even a nameless brand will do the same job as the greddy or other famous brand... and also few sellers in ebay do international shipping... so just search and see u might get lucky.. if not find the cheapest strut bar from roadraceengineering :)

the greddy strut tower is only for 1g's. any cheapo will work. most of the strength is from the firewall anyways, but they look cool!

So for normal driving and a little racing around town, what would be a good bar/price that did the job and looked decent?

And then ther's the RRE and Greddy *just front* for around $100.

And all the way up to some DC Sports Titanium Powdercoted huge thing for like $200.

So what's a good range $ for average driving? Will those from ebay just look pretty or will they do a decent job. I'm not trying to be a racecar driver or anything.

Ok you guys seem really cool so i will ask you this if you know of anyone wanting to get rid of a 92-97 gst lemme know i am willing to trade a 95 vw golf gti vr6-this car kicks ass its a 2.8 litre 5-speed tinted windows, sunroof, neuspeed cold air intake,magnaflow muffler which flows through 3in pipe from the cat-back. this thing has only 138,000 miles on it in the prime of its life as i see it. please all replies send to dsmeater04@yahoo.com

i just put mine on yesterday. shit took forever cause i couldn't get the bolts off the fucking plate. they were dead attatched. had to go to a shop to have them remove those bolts to put it on.

I'll be the first "uncool" guy. This has nothing to do with the thread at hand, and this is a direct copy and paste (minus the 3kGT) part from your post in the 3kGT forum. I consider this spam.

As for the strut bars, almost all are similar. The thicker the bar, and the less areas that can be adjusted, the better.
