I havn't heard of charges against a 16 year old kid i could be wrong tho MBTN 06-22-2004, 12:37 PM Do you have a permit? I'm not sure but I think you get a ticket/fine for driving out of class. ghostguy6 06-22-2004, 12:40 PM Your fucked! better bend over for the judge and let him have his way with you, maybe hell reduce your fine. :loser: BP2K2Max 06-22-2004, 02:22 PM ACD probation and maybe an essay on why it's necessary to have a license or some bullshit. korndogg 06-22-2004, 02:44 PM around here if you do that they wont let you get your license until your 18. otherwise if your lucky you get off with a fine. Afrofent 06-22-2004, 02:52 PM Around here you just get a fine. jim1234664 06-22-2004, 03:22 PM does anyone know what has happened in the state of ny? also what is acd probation and i was caught just driving not doing anything else wrong, on the ticket it says unliscensed operator thanks for all the quick replys, i really need help on this one. edit: im still only 15 and really need to know what are my options and maybe what i can do to get it reduced w/e it is if possible, thanks again, jim korndogg 06-22-2004, 04:44 PM sometimes if you just go to court theyll drop some stuff or reduce fines. I have gotten 3 tickets. i had to pay the fines but every time they just dropped the points basically because i showed up to court. FlySkyline 06-22-2004, 10:02 PM in connecticut- driving without a license is just a fine. driving with a suspended license equals jail time. figure that one out here in cali- caught driving without a license, no license until your 21st birthday cams72k5 06-23-2004, 07:41 PM My friends can't drive till their 18 now. My other friend had to take a traffic saftey class for people who have driven recklessly. jim1234664 06-25-2004, 05:01 PM ok thanks does anyone know of an incident in new york state? BP2K2Max 06-26-2004, 09:27 PM does anyone know what has happened in the state of ny? also what is acd probation... ACD means Aquittal in Contemplation of Dismissal, which means they drop all charges against you but you are on a probationary period during which, if any other legal infraction occurs you get charged with your new charge the AUO(no license). lucki17 06-28-2004, 08:26 PM well.....i sorta had this happen to me exept i got charged for parephnela, possesion of weed, no licence, no insuance, expired tags, bald tires, truency, and almost driving under the influence. i got sent to DT for 6 months and alot of shit from parents, i had just turned 16 at the time, so i think they went easy on me. by the way my permit was also expired. victimizati0n 06-29-2004, 11:35 AM In my state, you will loose your license untill your 18 (I think you can apply for a permit then) and if your parents were driving with you, they can get in trouble, and loose their license also, and face tickets, or possible jail time. Wolf 06-30-2004, 08:36 AM ACD means Aquittal in Contemplation of Dismissal, which means they drop all charges against you but you are on a probationary period during which, if any other legal infraction occurs you get charged with your new charge the AUO(no license). Here it's called "court probation". I'd be willing to bet that you won't be getting your license till at least 18, probably have to pay a fine as well. Now..... the question remains.... why the hell were you driving a car at 15??? :eek7: vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
