ignition switch

I would appreciate it if someone can tell me how to remove the ignition switch on my son's 1990 Ranger. Is there a pin to push or something along those lines. it's late, I don't have a manual but have remove switches befor ebut can't seem to figure this one out.

I think you talking about key cyl if this is the case look under the cyl for a hole and turn the ign on, push the button, pull cyl ather wise you need to pull steering wheel and turn signal switch and you will see the button

Yes it is the key cylinder I want to pull. There are no holes around the cylinder so it looks like I will be pulling the steering wheel.
