Fuel Pump

Hi All,
Anyone ever have trouble with the fuel pump?
I just checked the relay and fuse and am getting plenty of juice, no fuel pressure. The pump was overly loud prior to this episode recently. any ideas? Is the pump in the tank?

The pump is in the tank, and it is normal to hear it in the cabin of the car. They do fail sometimes. If you turn the car to the on position, but don't start it, you will hear a whirrrrrr and a click if the pump is operational. If you hear this, your fuel filter may be clogged up. If not, the pump has failed.

It may have gone bad. Did it sound like it was pumping gravel all the time?

It really started getting noisy in the last week or so. I had the garage put in a new AC Delco unit and change the screen and filter. This one is barely audible but runs well.'Zuki dude ... stay away from the St. Paulie Girl!
