After doing a search here i think i found what i was looking for...

Its right behind the distributer cap ... How does it come out and is this where i would screw in a gauge to test pressure ?

HI YOUR RIGHT ITS RIGHT IN BACK OF THE DISTRIBUTOR THEY SCREW INTO THE ENGINE BLOCK YOU HAVE TO HAVE A FITTING TO SCREW IN TO BLOCK THEN YOU CAN :smokin: GET A FITTING TO HOOK UP A MECHANICAL GAUGE MOST MECHANICAL GAUGES HOOK UP WITH 1/8IN. COPPER TUBING . DALE :smokin:

I bought a set there are about 8 different copper pieces that came with the gauge.. Do i need to go buy something else ?


does that big piece come out ? or the piece that goes in at a right angle ? ( where the plastic plug thing is ?)
also what size are these ?

what about which part to unscrew i am a little unclear....

does that big piece come out ( that goes right into the engine block )? or the piece that goes in at a right angle ? ( where the plastic plug thing is ?)

HI, IF YOU MEAN THE SENDING UNIT REMOVE IF YOU'RE GOING TO REPLACE IT WITH THE MECHANICAI GUAGE THERE SHOULD A FIIITNG TO SCREW INTO BLOCK AND HOOK TO THE 1/8 in, line for gauge dale
