Recharging A/C 1998 Buick Century

Just want to be sure, is the low pressure connector that I use to recharge the A/C on my 1998 Buick Century located on the firewall, or near the radiator? I see 2 similar connectors, and pretty sure it's the one on the firewall, but don't want to take a chance...

Did you ever get an answer to this question - I would like to know the same thing.

It's near the accumulator on the line, near the firewall.

Good luck,

This probably doesn't help any, but the low-side and high-side valves are 2 different sizes.

Just had mine recharged, and my 98 Century low pressure side fitting for recharging was located at the firewall. Took 2 1/4 lbs of refrigerant after I had the system evacuated to eliminate the moisture in the lines.
