It looks like for exactly what I want WITH the options that the figures are as below:

Invoice: 29,475
MSRP: 33,250

What do you all believe will be a fair deal from these numbers??

Well it's done. I worked them and got them down to 30800... the msrp on the particular one I wanted was 33900.

I THINK I got a "fair" deal...but what is your take...
The options the ES 330 I got was the premium 6disc cdplayer, wheel locks, rear sun shade, wood/leather steering wheel and shift nob and some kind of cargo mat etc... These CAME on the car at the dealer...I only wanted the steering wheel/shift knob pkg..but they didn't have the "basic" cars there... as we all know!
