Ha, yeah. I can still say I've never been revved on, but tonight is the first night that my car has been on the soil of the continent (I bought it and raced it on Oahu prior to now.) I've learned, though, that my driving habits seem to cause others to want to drive aggressively and wrecklessly.;) I'm going to have to re-learn how to drive.:)

It's a original dutch car. What made you think he imported it? The headlights look like the headlights of the rally car so I thought they were the same. If I'm not correct I apologize for that. We got a lot of WRX's driving around with these headlights btw. I think they a 100 times better then the stock headlights, but that's just my :2cents:

The fact you mentioned it was Prodrive tuned, which to me would insinuate it was tuned in the UK :)

The rally headlights were similar in the respect of the twin projector units, but they are different to those.

I see. For as far as I know it has a prodrive kit, but I don't know if it went to the UK for that. Possibly... Maybe the kit is installed at our dealership...??? Anyways, the engine is broke now. Lots of tuned Impreza's got that problem. But this is the first one so far that has a prodrive kit on it... Well guys,keep driving those Impreza's, it keeps me working :naughty:

Just call those lights "Morettes." That's who makes them. Unrelated to the awesome projector lights the JDM bugeyes got...

That's an awesome idea! Herbie paintjob on a TS... that actually would look great! I've always loved the old-school numbers inside the circle/oval, and I've always loved racing stripes. Now I have a paintjob goal (not Herbie, though, since mine's black).

ill take more soon with some better angles and the latest upgrades, i made this one on photoshop to see if i liked the fogs and badge, i did so now they are there, but i also painted the internal headlight housings and the badge is the impreza i....you'll see when i get more photos

Anyone with those GC8 have actually swapped in the EJ20 engine? Why do Subaru made them to have a hood scoop where the engine is not turbo?

^^^Because there is no problem for a non-turbo car to get an intake scoop. Intake scoops are either just for decoration or for better air intake.....

My poor "Myrtle"! This is my new and newly damaged Subaru. She is my first one and has turned me from a VW fanatic to a Subaru addict! She still runs fine but suffered slight frame damage. Depending on the settlement I may end up partting her out if I get a replacement. She is a 1998 Impreza Outback Sport, automatic with the 2.0 engine.
