SES Light and loss of acceleration

Okay...I posted a while back about my SES light...it only comes on when the car has been driven a really long way. After 3 key cycles, it goes back off. I was told that could be a bad o2 sensor, since the car is not acting up.

Also, I seem to have lost some acceleration power, and the car kinda feels like it's bogging down or something. I'm also hearing a sort of whining noise on the driver's side. I'm thinking my fuel filter may need to be replaced.

Any other ideas?

Get the car scanned. See what code is being thrown

SES light the same as a "check Engine light"?

GTP Girl do me a favor go to the person who told you your SES light is an O2 senosr and slap them hard because they are talking out of there ass. The reason he is talking out his ass is because the computers can have tones of codes stored and some of them you won't notice anything wrong.

i would go to your local Autozone store. they will scan the car for free plus look up the code to find out what it means.

Go get it scanned. When a ses is on is easierto troubleshoot
