The car was running great but suddenly it will not rev over 3k under boost. I can hear the wooosh from the turbo like the boost is being dumped by the ecu.

Would a hole in the exhaust cause this? Any other ideas?

you might have a vacuum leak because i had the same problem and it ended up being a vacuum leak.

the hole in the exhaust, cat, has a little bit to do with it but i wouldent worry about it just check all the vacuum hoses
