Help! 88 Van with dead electrics

I've deiven my van for 10 years and fixed it many times, but this time I'm stumped.

It went from runnig fine to not running at all in an instant. The problem is electrical, and seems to be a complete lack of power to the instrument panel. It has dome lights, head lights, & horn, and nothing else. No dash lights, turn sigs, guages, heater fan, or radio. Turning the ignition gives only a single click from a Bosch relay 19224 inside the dash panel.

All fuses are good, but the fuse box only seems to have power to the ignition fuse. I've replaced every part in the starting circuit except the starter, including the Bosch relay and the symptoms remain the same. The Bosch relay has two red wires, one is always hot, and the other is hot only when the ign. switch is turned, but seems to be open--it's not grounded at any time.

Words of wirdom are earnestly solicited, or even a good wiring diagram.

check the fuse links under the hood, particularly the pink wire ones.

That should be where your trouble is, however, there are other troubles like the bulkhead connector and bad ECM that can cause this too.
