Hello, I Purchased A 93 Grand Caravan W/ A 3.3. 115,000 M. And No Trouble For 2 Mos. Now Van Will Run Good For About 3 City Blocks And Then Just Won't Budge. I Checked Trans Fluid And It Is Very Pink And Is Not Burnt At All, Can Anyone Help Me? Thank You, Ralph

What fluid is in the tranny?

If you're not sure, change it and the filter, then use ATF+3 only for fluid.

Do not use dexron.

Also, check your trans cooler, if it's clogged it could do this, but it means your trans has overheated and might require further repairs or rebuilding.


I would do this first, then see what happens.

Otherwise, there's a whole host of difficulties that could cause this, mostly requiring a rebuild in all cases.
