According to geozukigti, the compression should be 170-185 psi, so your compression is low. This can be caused by worn or wearing valves, a blown head gasket, or worn piston rings. Find out what the problem is before doing the work, you don't want to rip out the pistons only to find out the rings were good and the problem lies in the valves. What is your mileage and has the car been well maintained?

Drop a about a half shot-glass of oil in the cylinder through the spark plug hole, and then do the compression test. if the compression jumps, your rings are shot. If it stays low, your valves or headgasket is leaking, or your rings are REALLY shot.
