I have a 96 pontiac sunfire gt and I just recently replaced my motor with a 2.4l out of a 96 skylark. For some reason my car temp is running around 200-210 degrees when i'm just driving through town. The sunfire calls for Dex-Cool(the orange stuff) coolant. I was wondering if maybe the skylark motor is supposed to use the green colored coolant. I don't know why it would use a different type of coolant, but i've seen dumber things when it comes to cars. Before I changed the motor my car would always run around 160 degrees. I'm not leaking any coolant and the level is where it should be. If anyone has any ideas of what it could be or if you know what kind of coolant I should be using please let me know. Thanks
