i have a 98 eclipse rs and i want to make it fast but i was wondering bc in the future i plan to buy a turbo for it but i didn't kno if i buy headers and a cat back for it now that are all non turbo parts will i have to change all them when i turbo it or should i turbo my car first. i lost on what mods to do first to make it quick. HELP!!!

Get a V8, that is your only hope! OK, but seriously, you will have to get new headers if you turbo it. If you want it to be fast then you will have to use nitrous and a huge turbo. Get a crate engine, what are they called, Cyclone?

if you're gonna turbo it anywa.. i'll wait till you get it then do the exaust. no point to put on a 2.5' now and change later. and no point of putting on 3' now.

ya, get a N2O setup for now, and then save all of your $ for a turbo setup... ar save all your $$ for an Eclipse with a 4g63 already in it [GST/GSX] cuz it will probably cost the same...

give me a break, I was doing that with small mods on my gs, and you got 4 more cyl. don't get me wrong here I am all about what makes power, v8's too (I have a 71 stang with a 429 cobra jet). but in all honesty, in matters involving v8s and what they are capable of, yours sucks. so why give that advice.
